We launched time-sensitive Facebook ad campaigns for a bathroom remodeling company, focusing on urgency-driven offers and retargeting strategies to generate qualified leads in a competitive local market.

The goal was to generate leads for bathroom remodeling services in a highly competitive local market. A key focus was to maintain a low cost per lead (CPL) while ensuring high lead quality. Additionally, creating a sense of urgency around seasonal offers was essential to boost conversions within a limited timeframe.


Approach


Multiple Facebook ad campaigns were designed and launched, prominently featuring seasonal offers such as “$750 OFF on All Bathroom Remodels.” Various creatives, including static images and videos, were tested with compelling hooks like “Fast Turnaround” and “Tailored to Your Specifications.” Retargeting campaigns were implemented to re-engage users who had interacted with the ads but had not yet converted. Ad copies and landing pages were optimized to highlight limited-time promotions and incorporate social proof such as customer reviews. Campaign performance was closely monitored, and targeting, creatives, and budgets were adjusted regularly to improve cost efficiency.


Results


The campaigns achieved an average CPL of $70.58, with some campaigns delivering even lower CPLs of $59.29. In a short period, 32 qualified leads were generated while maintaining consistent lead quality. The ads reached over 34,983 users with a total spend of $2,258.71. By leveraging video creatives and retargeting, the lead conversion rate increased by 3%, demonstrating the effectiveness of the strategic optimizations.
